The MEDICAL Panic Button
When every second counts, using the MEDICAL panic button on your control panel can make all the difference. You do not have to deal with 911 operators or hold times. ADT representatives will contact the ambulance and convey your name, location and all other pertinent information for you, freeing you to deal with the situation without distraction.
Optional Companion Services
ADT offers a separate medic alert pendant for the elderly that can be worn around the neck.
Introducing QuietCareSM.
Peace Of Mind For Caregivers

Living a safe, secure
and independent life is a goal most people have
for themselves and their loved ones as they age.
Helping to make that lifestyle a reality is now
easier than ever with QuietCareSM
from ADT.
Proactive
and Preventive Solution
QuietCare is an exclusive state-of-the-art
in-home monitoring system that can help prevent
emergencies through early detection. The system
can notify friends, family or caregivers of
changes in the normal routine and daily activity
of seniors that could signal a problem.
How QuietCare Works
QuietCare uses small, inconspicuous wireless
activity sensors strategically placed throughout
the home. The sensors monitor and collect
information 24 hours a day about the resident's
daily activity. The system ?learns? normal
activity patterns, notes changes and can send a
daily report to loved ones or caregivers via
telephone, text messaging, pager or a secure Web
page. QuietCare looks for some of the following:
-
Was their morning activity
different—could the senior not have gotten
out of bed?
-
Did they enter the bathroom
and exit within 60 minutes—could they have
fallen?
-
Has their nighttime bathroom
routine or overall activity changed—could
they have been sick last night?
Trained ADT operators monitor
all of these activities 24/7 and can notify
caregivers and/or EMS. Every QuietCare customer
has a secure Web page, where designated
caregivers can quickly identify potential
emergencies and assess emerging conditions.
QuietCare Offers Peace-Of-Mind
QuietCare becomes the "eyes and ears" of
caregivers who simply can't be available 24/7.
This means that loved ones can continue to live
privately in their own homes with confidence
that if they have an emergency, help can be on
the way even if they can't call for it
themselves.
